By booking our photo booth service, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of photos taken during your event:

1. Consent to Use Photos:
   By using our photo booth, you give consent for us to upload photos taken at your event to our social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.). These photos may be shared publicly as part of our promotional efforts and to showcase the fun and memorable moments captured at your event.

2. Opting Out:
   If you or any of your guests do not wish to have their photos shared on our social media, please inform us prior to the event via email. We will respect your request and ensure that no images will be posted.

3. Event Usage:
   We reserve the right to use the photos taken at your event for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media pages, and promotional materials. This usage is contingent on the consent granted above.

4. No Liability:
   While we take every precaution to ensure the privacy and safety of all images, we are not responsible for unauthorized use of any photos shared publicly by guests or other third parties.
